Okay, here we go. Hey everyone, how are you? It's me, Asa Akira. So a question I get asked a lot is, how do I wash my hands? I'm gonna give you detailed instructions on how to wash your hands. Are you excited? I am. All right, so here we go. I just turn on the water. I like to use water that's not too cold and not too hot. Something kind of neutral. I just put the water out and get my hands wet. And then I use about four pumps of soap. You can see here that I like the clear kind. It's kind of scented. It just makes my hands smell nice, so I really like it. But I just lather that on, kind of get it all over my hands, get it on my wrists. Just get it everywhere. Get it nice and lubed up and ready. I do the little criss-cross pumps of palm. And then get it all over again. And then we're ready to start. So I start off by doing this kind of backhand motion where I can get in between my fingers. I do both hands. Just like this. Really get in there. Yep, and get it all over. And then I like to do each digit individually. So I just did my thumb and now my index, my middle finger, my ring finger, and my pinky. And then we move on to the next hand, the thumb, the four finger, the middle finger, ring finger, and finally the pinky. So now that we have each finger individually done, I scratch my nails on the insides of my palms. I don't do this part for too long. Just get it in there real fast. And then I do my wrists. A lot of people forget the wrists. So let's try to remember that. And then we do this little handshake motion, back and forth, palm to palm. And then we turn the sink back on. Water is still not too hot, not too cold. And then I really like to be thorough with this part. And just wash all of that soap off. Really just get it all off. Watch all the germs. Bring them to the sink. Just park for about 10 seconds. There we go. While off, there you go. Same hand. Thanks for watching guys. We'll see you next week.
