To access the help centre, first head over to PornHub.com, log into your account, click on the drop-down menu by your profile photo and click on model. Once you're on the model settings page, you'll notice an orange help button at the bottom right corner that will help you get answers to any questions you may have and show topics you'd like more information on, like earnings or model awards. You can also access our library of model program articles by clicking on the help desk tab at the top. Here you'll find a breakdown on how to get started in the model program. From uploading videos to optimizing your account, so you can get the most out of your content. If you're looking for something specific, click on the magnifying glass at the top of the page to search for related articles. If you're looking for information on our policies and rules, visit our trust and safety centre by clicking on the PornHub icon at the top left corner. You'll be directed to our help desk homepage where you can find our trust and safety guidelines. There you will see a section for policies and related guidelines to better understand what is and what is not acceptable on PornHub. If you can't find the answer to your question or need more help and support, you can always contact our support team of model coordinators. There are two ways you can get in touch with our model coordinators. First, head over to PornHub.com, log into your account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on contact support to fill out our form. Select what kind of support you need, leave a message with details and click send. You'll then receive a response from one of our model coordinators within 48 hours. To avoid delays with response times, please don't send multiple messages as this risks pushing your original inquiry further down the queue. Our support team of model coordinators can answer your questions and help with topics such as account setup, earnings and payments, content removal, username or email change requests. Technical support, account deactivation and more. We recommend you include as much information as possible so we can better assist you. For example, if you need help with video monetization or content removals, be sure to include the video URL. This allows us to help you faster. In some cases, we may also require a verification image to keep your account secure and confirm that it's really you who is asking for assistance. Model coordinators can also assist you in optimizing your content by performing an account review and offering tips and advice on how you can boost views and grow your fan base.
